DESCRIPTION:The movement for impeachment is gaining major momentum\, and not a moment too soon. The time to demand Congress match their outrage with action is NOW. \n\n\n\nOn the one year anniversary of Trump’s illegal presidency\, we take Remove the Regime nationwide! \n\n\n\nWe are thrilled to announced a new partnership with Free Speech for People\, whose ImpeachTrumpAgain.org petition has over 1 million signatures\, and Women’s March\, the force behind January 20th’s Free America “Walkout.” We are joining the call to walk out of anywhere & everywhere at 2 p.m.\, and calling on citizens to walk in to their local congressional offices from 3:00-5:00 p.m. to demand impeachment & removal. <– NOTE this time overlaps with the weekly “Honk for Change” protest\, which runs from 4 to 5:30 pm every Tuesday and is organized by Indivisible Baton Rouge \n\n\n\nThe Removal Coalition is also joined by longtime partner Citizens’ Impeachment\, whose articles for Tyranny and Treason have been endorsed by leading Constitutional scholars. Walk out of wherever you are (work\, school\, commerce\, home\, or wherever) and walk in to your elected’s local offices. We will march 2 blocks down Jefferson to Wrenwood to the offices of Sen. John Kennedy and Rep Julia Letlow to present our letter of demands. Don’t forget your signs! Afterwards\, we will march back to our cars and proceed to Perkins Road Park for our regularly scheduled Honk for Change Protest from 4:00-5:30. \n\n\n\nWe will walk out because a free America is the only America worth calling great. On January 20th\, 2026\, at 2 PM local time\, we move towards a future that belongs to us all. By joining in non-compliance and walking out of work\, school\, and commerce\, we stop cooperating with fascism and fight for a Free America. We walkout because now is not the time for business as usual.
